I've just read an email suggesting that IPs inside your tracker should be checked for multiple visits with spend and zero conversions.
Scenario
Assuming that your frequency settings are capped at 1x24hrs, and you're seeing IPs with multiple visits costing you money within 24hrs, then are these likely bot IPs that should be blacklisted?
In this scenario, wouldn't all IPs with more than one visit in 24hrs + cost
