I need a hand with bot traffic in my email marketing.

I am sending a message to say 30,000 users daily, and a mix of domains (yahoo, aol, hotmail).

The issue im having is 1 or 2 users are hitting the "spam" button 30times. Causing my spam score to go up to alarming levels. Ex: 100 Spams, 95 are repeat spamers. 5 unique. This is only happening in hotmail. My first instinct is to say this is a bot.

What are some strategies to catch bots or to catch them before they cause havoc.

The location data is telling me they are coming from Microsoft
