Hey everyone,
I run a SaaS in the ecommerce product research (https://scruter.net) (ad spy + store tracking, similar to what most of you have probably used at some point). Paid monthly subscriptions, audience is dropshippers, DTC brands and agencies.
I want to make affiliates my main acquisition channel instead of paid ads, so I'm offering 50% lifetime recurring on every subscription. Not a launch gimmick — the margins support it and I'd rather pay people who bring real customers.
The part I'm struggling with is recruitment. A few questions for people who've actually run a program:

The part I'm struggling with is recruitment. A few questions for people who've actually run a program:
- Where do you find affiliates who are already promoting SaaS? Networks, marketplaces, or straight cold outreach?
- Does a listing on PartnerStack really works?
- What makes you personally decide to promote a SaaS? Commission %, attribution window length, conversion rate, something else?
- Anything you wish the SaaS owners you promote would do differently?
