How to verify if an offer allows Push traffic?

Sorry for the n00b question.

I am confused between both my MaxBounty and Peerfly accounts.

I have loaded PropellorAds, configured BeMob and am ready to start sending traffic.

But I don't see a clear definition of Push being allowed or not.

Is there a broader term for this traffic? What should I lookout for when sending
