Yup, most probably from using global cards or VPNs, etc.
Not sure how they do it and how hard is Pinterest on taking down those accounts, to be honest.
Are they asking you for a local payment option and business address?

Is it possible to add a tracking to Pinterest Ads?
What about the organic traffic? Is it possible to add a tracking url to a uploaded image? Or do we need to add domain.com

Can we pass some parameters?

For paid ads, you can always use UTMs and track traffic from there.

As for organic, Analytics also allows you to track their traffic by filtering the "referral path".
