How to Relaunch campaign on PopAds? (Beginner Issue) :)

Hello,

I try to Relaunch campaign on PopAds with the same previous criteria that I create at the first campaign also consider the change on impression and the bid adjustment
But when I Edit Campaign, it shows [save changes] button (As shown below), and after I click its redirect the page to tracking page
How do I know that the campaign is going live?
Any help to how to navigate this beginner issue
