How to deal with bot traffic?

Now a days, my Tracker(bemob) have up plan again, and again, so many bot traffic disturb me.

i guess about over 60% is bot traffic.

so, every one have a good idea?
how to find the bot traffic?

eg. LP.click / traffic.visit <= 5%, this site can define a bot traffic?
