How to copy Arabic text?

Hi everyone,
I'm facing a really annoying problem :mad:, I want to translate this text: "๐Ÿ“ฉ(1)Note: Congratulations! ๐ŸŽ‰" into Arabic
I'm using google translate to get the correct text in Arab but when I copy it to PropellerAds, it gets all messed up like: ๐Ÿ“ฉ (1) ู…ู„ุงุญุธุฉ: ู…ุจุฑูˆูƒ! ๐ŸŽ‰
Any ideas?
