How to Calculate the eCPM in PropellerAds?

I read the Intermediate Guide and Nick mentioned that you need a high eCPM to get continuous flow of traffic. How do I calculate the eCPM in PropellerAds? I can see the CPM in the stats but not the eCPM. Is there a formula to this? Also, what does eCPM stand for?
