@Einstein, can u pls help with that:
1-Once I have all those ips from my tracker how should I use them to optimize my campaigns? i see many netwroks have possibility to target specific ip lists 2- are carriers ips common to all networks or are exclusive of the network that provided them? ( i.e. golden goose have carriers open ip
