When I found a potential offer with propellerAds CPA Goal bidding mode, I duplicated several campaigns with a higher bid.
As you can see, should I stop the campaign with bid 0.1 and give more time on bid 0.14 ?
And what would you do the next step? Gather those zones with more than 3 conversions and the average cpa < the payout to launch some smart cpm campaigns ?
