How do you deal with the volatility of carrier billing offers?

Okay, so I've got a few mobile content campaigns running in a geo that do pretty well in some hours and tanks in the next few hours.

The performance is all over the place based on hours/days. How do you deal with this issue? I'm currently manually switching between offers depending on the EPCs for the day, but it's a lot of work and you can't really do this while you're asleep.
