How can I download images from Push Notification on phone?

Hi, I just subscribed to Push Subs to spy competitors. The thing is, I want to download the creatives from the ads, but there’s no download/save button. Taking a screenshot and searching on Google doesn’t work. Is there any tool or app I can use to download images from push notifications? I wonder how
