How can I bid $0.0012 in a Meta bid campaign? Minimum bid shows $0.01

I recently switched from an Indian Meta ad account to a USD agency account.

I'm trying to run a bid campaign with a bid of $0.0012, but Meta only allows me to enter a minimum bid of $0.01.

In my Indian account, I was bidding ₹0.12 (0.0012$)

• Is there any account setting or optimization that enables bids below $0.01?
• Is it related to the agency account, billing setup, country, or campaign objective?
• Or is it simply not possible on some accounts?
