Help with Zeropark/Monetizer Postback URL Token Setup

Hi Everyone! Wonder if anyone can help me. I've setup a direct campaign (no tracker software/service) from Zeropark to Monetizer but the postback url setup for my conversions keeps failing to show up in Zeropark. I'm not sure if the problem is in the token setup in the postback url or in the target link. Can someone point out where the problem lies?

Here is an example of the target url I have set up in Zeropark:
https://track.cleversurfer.com/?utm...c8bcd3a28&utm_campaign=ID_Mainstream&clickID={cid}&np=1

Here is the postback url I have put into Monetizer:
http://zp-postback.com/zppostback/3bdd6670-a7db-11e5-901b-0edfb5e568af?cid={clickID}&payout={amount}
