The only time I've ever received a summons for jury duty was when I was 21, but I ended up being excused because I was working for the state prosecutor's office at the time (I was just in the mailroom lol).
And a few weeks ago my wife received her first summons for jury duty, but she was also excused because we have an autistic daughter and my wife is her full-time carer.
Anyway, when my wife got her summons I started thinking about what it might be like to be on a jury and it turns out that nobody I know in terms of close friends or family have ever done it, so I thought it might be interesting to ask you lot whether you've ever been a juror on a court case - and if so, what was it like in the country or state where you live?
