Getting Error for Golden Goose Conversion Testing

I have been trying multiple ways to test Golden Goose campaign conversion , using the test conversion option. Unfortunately I am getting error all the time.

I even followed the steps provide on this Link

Is this common error or any other way to check if the postback ( conversions) is working fine ?
