Hi folks, why Galaksion is charging 21% (if you do not have VAT) on the topups and other networks are not doing that?
For example, I own a company which is under a certain threshold so I do not need to be vat registered. It feels like a waste e of budget paying them 21% on the top up.
Is that normal?
