I've run debt settlement a year ago on facebook and already know how it works.
I researched debt settlement ads on Socialadnews.com (disclosure: I own and operate that site). Socialadnews is a new spy tool for snapchat.
I found 3 ads that seem to perform relatively well and they all direct link.

I created a very similar video ad to the one that I know performs well.
Set up my pixel with the network and set the campaign to start the next day.
Friday:
debt offers always have a 25 lead per day cap and this particular one has a $24 payout.
I set my daily budget to $250 and generated 19 leads on the first day of running for a profit of: $24*19 - $250 = $206
and an ROI of 82%.
Leadgen offers do not run on weekends but yesterday and today I made about the same profit.
It is difficult to get cap for debt settlement offers but I can probably help get you started.
