Facebook + Tracker ?

Hey guys, Do you guys recommended using a tracker (BeMob for example) for a Facebook ad. Am aware, Facebook does give great insight on whats working, But do you guys think; there is a greater advantage-if I use a tracker in terms of advanced optimization. Feel free to share your opinions.
