Facebook: Can I reuse Pixel data after ad account disabled?

Hi everyone,
Facebook disabled my ad account and Conversion API system user. Now I'm thinking about assigning my old Pixel to a new ad account.

Will there be any risk of my new account getting banned? Can the new ad account still track leads?
