Direct Linking email submit facebook ads, possible?

I would love to try that, but I know facebook ads don't like it, but I still able to see some doing it, is it really possible?
I know finance and dating is surely a no-no.

What about the first-page email submit or install offer? Can I direct link them, or I have to use landing page for that?
Hopefully getting some advice here before I got myself banned
