Anyone know of how to best go about creating new Bing ads accounts? I've tried having friends sign up with their credit card, address and IP and still eventually they get banned even though the campaigns are vanilla ecommerce ads. I'm looking into Dash-fi to maybe create new accounts that way using pseudonyms.
