CPC vs CPM Which one would you choose?

Hello Guys

In which circumstances would you choose CPC or CPM if your traffic source allows and Why?

I'm launching some campaigns with Leadbolt and for my benefit they have both pricing models but I'm always in doubt in which to choose for a specific offer.

Which criteria should I use ? Payout?
