Hey Everyone,
I started my affiliate journey in 1998 while in high school and got serious in 2001 to pay for college. It changed my life both in terms of the incredible people I met along the way (my wife for one), the knowledge it brought (which turned into a career in Big Tech I love) and of course, the money. So much money.
I got out around 2012 as regulations in my main GEO hit my casino/poker site hard. Also, my day job required more of my time. It was (and still is) fun and lucrative so no regrets there. But the truth is I miss this. I tell people it's a weird mix between a strategy computer game, sports betting and poker. It's fun, the more (insider) knowledge the better and there's and element of skill and chance. Looking froward to contributing and asking a lot of questions. The scene changed a lot in 10 years and I need to catch up..
Strengths (were): SEO, a lot of Paid Search, FB and Pops. Industries were iGaming, Ringtones (now mVAS?), leadgen and to a lesser degree ecommerce. Dating seems popular now so will give
