At Traffic Company we have seen an increased trend of flagged domains, which caused accounts blocks/warnings with adnetworks. It seems that these flags are often triggered by the push collection script domain.
The push collection domains gets now often marked as mallicious by Google Safe browsing (GSB) as the push messages are (kind of) spam for the user. So actually we advice nowadays to our partners to remove this script to avoid any issues, as the risk of issues is quite high and the output this days is quite low.
Apart from this it also became recently more easy for the user to unsubscribe (there is now an unsubscribe button once a push is served) which has a negative influence at the LTV of the user.
