Adsterra Known Issue & Bugs

Hey, all

I've been running some offers from Traffic company & Golden goose using @Adsterra and found out some issue along the way which i would like to get feedback/insight on the discussion

Issue:​

1. "cost_cpa = ##COST_CPA##" parameter where the spending are not being correctly sent, lets say
- $10 on adsterra
- $1500 on bemop
-> ive asked the AM from AT with the answer of its a known issue with bemop which has no solution yet
-> ive asked support from bemop with no clear answer yet

2. Conversion data not being recorded on adsterra dashboard due to paused campaign when the conversion fired

• both bemop and golden goose shows 2 conversion on the day, only adsterra show 1
• confirmed by adsterra support that it happen because the campaign already stopped when the postback/conversion happen

(at least i could ask them which placement ID its coming from)
- they recommend to "minimizing the delay for firing"

Bug:​

as you can see on the image below, idk how to explain it but the campaign data are glitching?

Questions:​

1. #1 issue, how to fix it without doing manual cost update? preferable
