Hi, I'm a user since 2019. I requested a refund over two months ago. Initially, I was notified by email, but I couldn’t find or see the message. Unfortunately, no one took the professional approach of confirming whether the email was actually received — only that it was sent. I'm sure if the situation were reversed and I owed money to you, proper follow-up would have occurred.
Apparently, the email was about an issue with my credit card or banking details (which I never saw). My card had expired, and you mentioned that refunds could only be made to the original payment method. Once I became aware of this, thanks to support, I provided the correct banking details and explained the situation.
Since then, it's been about 40 days of back and forth. I’ve submitted multiple support tickets. While your support agents are polite, they haven’t been helpful. I do plan to keep using Adsterra, and I’m not asking for a refund out of frustration — but because I’ve seen other companies freeze significant amounts of money without proper cause. I’ve learned that it’s unwise to keep large balances, as this exposes me to similar
