You can see the screenshot of tonic report below,i have spend $300 to test one offer and got some data to optimistic,but today i found the something terrible about the bid ,you can see i changed the source ID BID to $0.004 several days ago but the Cost per Click is $0.0167,Source ID BID:$0.0011 but the Cost per Click:$0.0096,
almost 9X of my bid that is totally,i found this kinds of trick cost me much money.Someone in Tonic should give me an explanation.
And also their Blacklist is useless,every time i blocked the Source id but they still appeared,also wast my money.
