Today i read this great case study by @servandosilva and I noticed two things:
First in his case study there is almost no click loss and second I think he uses binom for tracker, but I'm not sure for the last one.
So maybe there is a connection btw the tracker you use (speed of redirects, is the tracker is self served or cloud served, parameters of the server if you use self serve solution etc.) and
