AI uses one of three metrics in traffic distribution. If one of them is unavailable, the system switches to the others in the following order:
1) If the cost and revenue are known for each element on the path, the calculation of the weights is based on the ROI.
2) If there is no data on income and expenses, calculations are based on CR.
