After my recent failure to deploy Einstein in the forum, I had some conversations with members about Einstein and there being an AI in our forum.
I am curious what members think overall. Should he be able to participate in forum threads when tagged or should he just be available via private messages?
To be clear, I am not going to make it so Einstein autonomously decides which threads to participate in. He can only participate if you specifically tag him and ask him to. Should we keep it like
