Great recommendations. Golden Goose has some great info for publishers in terms of landers, traffic sources and even site IDs that can help you kickstart your campaigns skipping the testing phase a bit.

I voted for BunnyCDN as well. Solid choice with low prices. KeyCDN is also quite decent for its price. I used akamai (Facebook uses this) for years but stopped using it once every traffic source started asking for SSLs as they took a while to implement that and I think they still don't allow it...
