Right. I use Cloudlfare pages for some things, but this is a continuation of the previous tutorial. At the time that tutorial was made, Cloudflare pages didn't have nearly close to all of the features it has now. Github was the only option to put files on Cloudflare back then.

For SOI I'd say that's not exactly accurate: "A conversion will fire as soon as the email address has been shared." It depends on the offer; some burry the pixel much deeper in the funnel than on the page where you enter your email.

Most traffic sources do have APIs, each with different capabilities. Binom can’t do this natively so you’d need to write some code to connect your traffic source API with the Binom API yourself.

I try to use them whenever possible, however for some DCB offers/flows/verticals adding a landing page will only hurt your conversion rate.
