I have just had another chat with support. I have been told that notification mailings go out once every two hours. If you have set start and end times in your campaign, the mailings go out during that interval. The start and end times are GEO dependent and for US they are Eastern Time or UTC-5.
I have just had a chat with one of their support staff. I asked whether a click can be made hours or even days after the notification is sent and the answer was a definite yes. I was also told that the higher the bid the more likely you will see clicks after the notifications stop going out. So...
I don't think he's quite ready for a straitjacket yet. ;) There were only 25 lifetime memberships on offer and there's 5,600+ registered members on this forum. If you're still sitting on the fence, and assuming there's any lifetime memberships left, get your wallet out quick! :)
You will only know by testing. Most people direct link initially to see if the offer converts, then build a landing page to try and improve conversions.
