I’m posting here to ask for help with a billing issue related to my current plan.
I’m happy with the "Affiliate" plan and with the PeerClick tracker overall. Two days ago, my overage invoice was marked as failed after two payment attempts. I later realized that I had forgotten to enable online payments on my card at the time.
At this point, I need a new invoice or a fresh payment link for the same Affiliate plan. I contacted support, but they suggested that I move to another plan instead. Respectfully, that does not solve my issue.
@PeerClick, could you please help reissue the failed invoice so I can complete the payment and continue with my current
