I took their insane price restructure/increase on the chin to keep my current setups flowing.
But since then the Deliverability and shared IP reputation has been getting worse.
I was paying $249 per month before the increase, which then sky rocketed to $1200/month. After some aggressive list hygiene I have been paying around $800+ per month.
Paying more for worse results, I've had enough. Live chat blame me personally for a bad/medium SHARED IP reputation, and it's pissing me off that they're trying to say it's down to me, a SHARED IP.
The way I understand it:
Domain reputation is fully my responsibility and a reflection of my list hygiene / content / sending practices.
IP reputation is shared across all senders who send with that IP and is out of my control.
Who uses other ESP's and has a good experience with them?
