Questions about SmartCPA campaigns on PropellerAds

I'm planning to create a SmartCPA campaign on PropellerAds and test multiple offers to see which one converts better.

My question is: with this type of campaign, can I still A/B test multiple offers using my tracker to split traffic, or is it better to create multiple separate campaigns, each targeting a different offer?

Also, when it comes to SmartCPA campaigns on PropellerAds, am I allowed to direct link?
