How to deal with CR dropped ?

Hello Guys, i hope this message finds in a good shape ? I'm facing an issue right now in making ads for this Bet2africa. I'm using ROIads as ad network and the thing is i'm not having a good CR rate because the company doesn't have options to track push ads we're making and also it's not possible to setup postback also on their website. Does any one of you face this kind of issue ? If yes could any one help me ? Thus heard that some people are managing to make some good revenues.
