I'm researching companies to setup an LLC in the US. I have a company in Romania but I want to finally start a new Shopify follow along but my accountant doesn't like it to sell in the US with this one.
So far I had this recommend https://www.delawareinc.com/
This looks good but it doesn't include a bank account. Would stripe and wise be enough? I would then invoice the LLC's profits with my RO company to move the money legally here and pay the 16% taxes.
Does anyone have a better recommendations?
