So the problem is having "cid" set in 2 different places? does that mean one should be deleted?

Saw a few conversions and a tiny amount of revenue in Mobipium

Ummm did I screw something up? thought I followed every step of the guide, campaign got approved and burnded through $5 in a few minutes. ZERO clicks, ZERO conversions! Everybody else seems to get at least a handful of conversions, I got none.

Followed everything up to here, pending campaign approval.

Is this still worth doing at this time or is there a better guide out there to consider now? noticed the traffic to this guide is pretty much drying off.
