TONIC - Ratings

Good quality in their redirect traffic. Hard to get approved for new members so I leave 4 stars but for us which have been with them since DNTX times, it's fairly decent.

Tonic is the worst TS experience ever (the only bad one i had). I received an email from them lately that my account was suspended, although I didn't do any thing wrong, I just created my new account before days ago upon a recommendation from a super affiliate, made fund then created some camps. with the same link to test the platform and paused them all until getting approval so I can run all on one shot.
After mins. my account forced logged out and got a message that my account was blocked :)
I sent them an email and they told me that they can't open the account again, and will refund me within 48 hours, After that I sent them many emails to clear the case but they ignored and didn't answer.
When I insist to know the reason and asked them to give me a phone no. to talk with somebody because I was sure that it was done by mistake they told me that they don't have a comment about their Compliance teams and they don't have a support phone.
I still don't understand what happened exactly :)

That is really too bad and lost my time for nothing, I am very surprised because of this manner of handling cases and too inflexible method.
I still consider my self inexperienced in business but I have a good experience with 6 traffic sources and I know the rules well, I didn't break the rules at all. @TONIC.

I don't advice them because you will may lose your valuable time, of course they accept some advertisers and they might earn money through them but it depends on luck because they close accounts for illogical reasons! that means they have a primitive system that doesn't fit the market and don't allow to us or even to themselves to clear things.

Of course they have rules and we should accept but I think my case is too funny :) but frustrated :( at the same time.

I discovered after lately that I wasn't the only one who had such case with them, they do that with many Affiliates.

I am not that kind who like to complain or stress on negative things but I just wanted to explain my experience and clear things to you all before you lost your valuable time with them.

I have used TONIC for years. I started with them when they were called DNTX and I have had some very profitable campaigns.

TONIC support is okay, but they're fairly hands-off. They are strict on what you can promote and if you are caught promoting something they do not allow, they will ban you without exception.

Be careful, pay attention to their rules, and know the traffic you are buying. You can find winners
