SpyFlux is an affiliate ad spy tool for researching native ads, popunder campaigns, and web push notifications. Built by affiliate and developer Raul, it focuses on a practical question: what is actually behind the ad you are looking at?
Instead of stopping at a creative or headline, SpyFlux helps you investigate landing pages, redirect chains, trackers, offers, and affiliate networks.
The goal is to bring more of that research into one place, so you can spend less time following links manually and more time deciding what to test.
What Is SpyFlux?
SpyFlux is a campaign research platform built around native, pop, and push traffic. According to its website, it captures public ad inventory using its own browser sessions and devices, then follows the paths behind those ads.
This makes SpyFlux relevant to affiliates who want more context than a gallery of images. A creative might catch your attention, but the offer, landing page, and route between them can be just as useful when planning a campaign.
SpyFlux is not a tracker for your own campaigns, and it does not show competitors’ conversions or ROI. Its data is a starting point for research, not confirmation that an advertiser is making money.
Research the Funnel Behind an Ad
One of SpyFlux’s main features is funnel reconstruction. Where the captured data allows it, the platform connects the creative to the landing page, redirect chain, tracker, offer, and network behind the campaign.
The research tools include:
- Redirect-chain inspection to see the steps between an ad and its destination.
- Automatic detection of trackers, traffic sources, and offer networks.
- Offer identification, including names and IDs where available.
- Archived evidence to help you understand how a classification was made.
- Landing-page research alongside the associated ads.
In the affLIFT launch thread, Raul also demonstrated grouping creatives around identified offers. That approach can help you compare how different ads promote the same product rather than researching every creative in isolation.
Offer identification is not universal. Cloaking, expired destinations, and incomplete captures can all leave gaps, so you should inspect the available evidence rather than assume every funnel has been fully resolved.
Native, Pop, and Push Ad Research
SpyFlux’s three advertised channels are native advertising, popunders, and web push. These formats give affiliates different things to investigate, from native headlines and images to the landing pages used in pop campaigns.
The platform advertises filters for niche, country, device, funnel type, campaign age, fresh domains, and cloaked campaigns. Those filters help narrow the database to campaigns closer to what you are considering running.
Coverage matters more than a long filter menu. Before subscribing, check whether SpyFlux has useful data for your particular countries, traffic sources, and verticals. A supported ad format does not mean every network within that format has substantial coverage.
Download Archived Landing Pages
SpyFlux offers a Download & Deploy feature for archived landing pages. The official website describes exports as self-contained ZIP files with the page assets included.
For affiliates, this can make it easier to inspect how a page is built, review its structure, and develop a starting point for a new test. It also brings the lander closer to the creative and funnel information you are already researching.
Downloaded pages still need a careful review. Check links, forms, tracking scripts, mobile behavior, and any claims before using a page. Access to an archived page does not grant permission to reuse someone else’s branding, copyrighted assets, or endorsements.
Follow Campaign Activity Over Time
SpyFlux advertises watchlists, saved-search alerts, and longevity data. You can follow an advertiser, domain, or saved search and look for newly captured activity rather than repeating the same manual checks.
Its pricing page also lists filter-aware CSV exports, which can help you keep a shortlist for further research or campaign planning.
Long-running ads can be worth investigating, but longevity alone is not proof of profitability. SpyFlux’s founder makes this distinction in the affLIFT thread: observed activity shows what the tool has captured, not the advertiser’s spend, conversions, or return on investment.
What to Know Before Joining
SpyFlux launched on affLIFT as a paid early-access beta, and its member landing page still describes it as a beta product. Early testers reported coverage gaps, blank previews, and incomplete funnel information. Raul has used the thread to collect feedback and announce fixes and feature updates.
That makes it sensible to evaluate SpyFlux against your own research needs rather than assume it already matches the breadth of a larger, established spy tool.
The public pricing page lists full access across all three channels, with monthly and longer billing terms. Check the current pricing and cancellation terms before joining, since subscription details and beta arrangements can change.
