Link rating for PopAds

Hello guys I want to tell one thing about popads once i made an account and funded with PayPal $10 or $20,I they immediately blocked my account i messaged them that why my account is blocked replied you have violatedour terms and conditions ,I was asking what i have done but they didn't answered ,I was wondering what I have done than I figured out that (in my opinion) account email on popads and email of my Paypal was different then i made another account of popads on the email address of my PayPal account and funded $10 or $20 exactly dont remember but in total I paid $30 with both accounts they again blocked my account, I was like omg! What happened again I contacted them I told them but the same reply I got back!!! I was emailing them but they didn't come back to me
Now I am afraid wtf they block my third account because I am using same PC and same ip address!!
Can anyone from popads help with this!!
