Peerclick has terrible support. Numerous times I had questions that weren't answered. I received a lot of help with the same questions when I worked with Bemob.

When I decided to finish working with Peerclick, I canceled my subscription before time so I wouldn't forget later and get my credit card charged again. I've done this with numerous companies, and this was the first time a company didn't respect the whole month I paid for. Peerclick just stopped working immediately. Support wasn't helpful again. They charged me to complete a new month when all I wanted was to use the little time I had left of the month I had already paid. And they make no refunds.

In conclusion, I don´t recommend working with Peerclick. Like @Add!c7ed said in his review, they don't even have a very complete directory of templates for affiliate networks and sources either.

The only positive thing I can think of comparing Peerclick with other services Is that they have a $19/month plan. That's very inexpensive.

Other than that, I don't recommend Peerclick.

I tried it out last week and some of the templates for the traffic sources are not accurate and some are incomplete and I think they’re missing a few well known affiliate networks. Also immediately after I created my account I started receiving continuos emails from them (to see if I needed any help which is good at some point but not right away). Sorry but I find that very very annoying and desperate.

I typically use Voluum on my campaigns, but I decided to try out PeerClick about a month ago and I am really liking it.

The reports are fast and creating a campaign is very intuitive. Alex is super helpful and friendly.

I have had a few issues with the traffic source templates that they have and I think it's important that someone from PeerClick check and update those often.

I really like their Bot reporting build into their reports.

My one BIG request is some sort of automatic optimization for split testing offers and landing pages. I've been told they are working on it. That will be a really awesome feature that will help make PeerClick my preferred tracker.
