I've tested Affmy and they have some great dating offers. They support most GEOs I've been wanting to run and the offers seem to convert well

A lot of offers, for a variety of geos. They pay on time. For beginners, I advise you to start with geo such as South Africa, LATAM. Exclusive offers can be bumped if your traffic is normal, its up your profit:)
The only thing I didn't like was their smart link.
