Company Membership Guidelines

Company Membership — Rules & Guidelines

These rules apply to all Company Members (traffic sources, affiliate networks, affiliate programs, tools, and services).

The Basics

1. One Official Thread
You get one thread. We add the “Official” prefix after it's created. This is your home on affLIFT — keep it updated rather than creating new threads.

2. Participate in Discussions
You're welcome to reply to relevant threads and contribute to conversations across the forum. The key word is contribute — add value, share expertise, and help affiliates.

3. Forum Signature
Add a link to your company in your signature. It appears below every post you make.

4. Keep Your Thread Active
We recommend replying to your own thread 1-2 times per week with quality content. Each reply bumps your thread to the top of the forum. But every reply should contain something valuable — a case study, a platform update, a promo code, optimization tips. Don't post just to bump. Post too often with thin content and it looks spammy, which hurts your brand more than silence would.

What's Encouraged

  • Keeping your Official thread updated with news, offers, and promo codes
  • Answering questions from affiliates — in your thread and elsewhere
  • Sharing tips, guides, and insights relevant to your expertise
  • Engaging with case studies and follow-alongs that involve your platform
  • Offering affLIFT-exclusive deals or promo codes
  • Being responsive and professional

What's Not Allowed

  • Creating multiple threads — One Official thread per company. Period.
  • Spamming — Don't drop your link in every thread. Participate genuinely or don't post.
  • Hijacking threads — Don't use other companies' threads to promote yourself.
  • Aggressive formatting — Avoid excessive emojis, ALL CAPS titles, or clickbait-style thread titles.
  • Misleading claims — Don't promise results you can't deliver.
  • Ignoring issues — If affiliates report problems with your platform in your thread, address them.

The Golden Rule

If your post would be helpful even without your company name attached, it's a good post.

Companies that treat affLIFT as a community — not just an advertising platform — consistently get the best results. Affiliates notice who shows up, who helps, and who just spams.
