I found a zone performs quit good when I was running some cpa goal camps with propellerAds, then I setup a smart cpm camp with that zone and bid the 1st according to the traffic chart, but I cannot get much traffic as expected.
The smart cpm camp has been running for 2 hours but just get only 2 impressions, Why is that ?
The propellerAds support team told me that "A temporary lack of traffic can occur for many reasons with such narrow targeting".
