X is creating a marketplace for handles (usernames)...
I'm surprised more companies don't do this. Unfortunately, it looks like it's going to be an internal marketplace. Also, unfortunately, it looks like they've taken the 59 3-letter usernames I registered in April 2010 (like https://x.com/bhx). I can no longer login to them lol
The Handle Marketplace is a good idea but I'm sure it'll be overpriced and broken because that's how X does things.
