Why is the same Aliexpress, the same keywords, the same traffic, different advertising RDs are far apart?

Excuse me, I use propelmedia's PPV traffic, Aliexpress, all use the same keyword, in other leagues RD is 13%, and in maxbounty is 5.1%, what is the reason?

The picture below is a screenshot of my ad link in maxbounty, and then put the code in propelmedia, is this
